That’s right drinking water helps you lose weight by either hydrating the body to exercise longer and harder or simply making you feel fuller and avoid stuffing cheeky little snacks in our mouths! The weather is heating up and I have a feeling it’s only going to get hotter, so please make sure your hydrated BEFORE you come to training. Of course you should bring water
to training, however when you start warming up your body needs sufficient amounts of water to increase blood flow and sustain intra muscular levels.
So how much water should I drink? That depends on a few factors such as environment, (are you out in the sun) diet, (have you just consumed your daily diuretic, aka coffee!) rest, (have you just waken up and not had any fluids for 8 hours, eg in the morning). A good answer to this question is to look at your urine……. Yes I know that’s disgusting but hey, it’s a sure thing to tell whether your hydrated or not.
