I use the absorption method to cook quinoa (1 part grain: 2 parts water), cherry tomatoes, red capsicum or bell peppers, rocket/arugula, fresh flat leaf parsley roughly chopped, fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped, 1/2-1 avocado, olive oil, cayenne pepper, juice of 1 lime, juice of 1/2 lemon, paprika, italian herb mix.
